一,控制弓子的速度

 

例如16小節的四分音符G以及二分音符升F,我們需要同樣在全弓,滿弓的狀態下拉奏兩個音,那麼我們就必須調整不同的弓速,因為四分音符偏長,二分音符偏短,所以二分音符尤其需要我們把弓子的速度放慢,需要我們在基本功時就注意慢弓速的空弦練習,比如60的速度,沒弓六拍的練習,保證我們在拉樂曲的時候能弓控制好。

 

 

 

 

 

 

二。換弓,抬弓訓練(“畫橢圓”)

 

 

在B3曲目22小節,是一處非常經典的空拍抬弓練習,需要學生很穩定的抬起弓子回到弓跟。抬弓的過程其實是一個“畫橢圓”的過程,如視頻中示範。這個需要配合弓子練習,讓拿弓子既靈活又鬆弛。
